Without losing sight of goals, my beliefs training and learning are very specific. First, In my opinion every kid deserves to obtain an education. No matter their competition or profits, every kid deserves to learn.

The will be innocent creatures, and these types of children are gonna be the future at some point. More specifically, the philosophy i would teach to my pupils would be Ethnical Nationalism. “The cultural nationalist teacher focuses exclusively on the experience of the oppressed group as the middle or pivot of the curriculum” (Asante, g. 4). I would like to use what’s going on in the world and focus on their cultural knowledge. This allows children from oppressed groups to feel nurtured in their college environment daily. Another viewpoint that I include is, I really believe a educator should produce learning fun for his or her students.

When children are having a good time at institution, It makes them want to come back and keep heading back. Regular programs can get very boring. Producing the subjects fun engages the students in to learning, helping them figure out it better. Also, I believe in being involved with professional development so we can constantly learn the euphoric pleasures. It is important in my experience to keep using updated technology in classrooms. “Matthew Arnold aware that trust in machinery was humankind’s greatest menace” (Postman, s. 36).

I really do not rely on what Arnold mentioned. I think that new technology inside the classrooms is constantly helping teachers and the whole education method. Next, I think in aiming to have confident relationships with students and oldsters. It is very important to have somewhat of your personal romance with your pupils and their parents. It really demonstrates you attention as a educator.

Developing positive relationships along with your students allows you to understand them more. This enables you to find out the best way to instruct each and everyone of your pupils. There are times when we come across students that want a little more hard work than other folks. When we are up against this type of condition teacher must reflect on the actual meaning of teaching.
