This way, it can also help those people to build up leadership and decision making capability. This style depends on a leader acting more as a facilitator and not a dictator to get things done. Participative leadership is very important where a many stakeholders may be involved. It might work well mainly because allows they to assist in thedecision making process, to give insight and to discuss ideas. It may lead to a feeling of empowerment because team members experience their expertise are becoming acknowledged and opinions respected. Democratic market leaders share the decision making capabilities with group members simply by promoting the interests of the group members and practicing cultural equality. This kind of leadership involves discussion, argument and sharing of tips and confidence of people to feel good about their involvement. This leadership design works best in case of where group members will be skilled and eager to discuss their expertise. It is also critical that for this leader style to work there should be enough time allowing people to lead, develop a prepare, and then have your vote on the best course of action.
