My new role because an Instructor in College will present me with a unique difficulties, although the most courses will be bricklaying the battle will be delivering to youth adults, adults and a mixture of both age groups.

The unique challenge is having to deliver the course material to youths, with very little or no experience, adults with different experience and a mixture of the two. My responsibility will require me to assess the learners’ level of understanding and teach correctly, remain neutral and offer every single learner with an equal chance to achieve their very own goal.

I will also have to generate ongoing evaluation through discussion, observation and course work, feedback and examining their development with theory and useful tests.
