1 ) Reflect on key messages you learnt about recruitment and employment for university students inside the session. Following listening to the sharing program by CAIO, I found that there are two key key points in recruitment to get university participants.

The first key point is the fact students can easily always apply or work in the field that is not all their professions, although career path is often more challenging. Vanessa shared a number of examples of days gone by students’ experience in finding careers, for instance, students majoring in engineering during the 3-years university or college life turned out to be an accountant; and a student who was in language study finally became a flight attendant. Listening to these types of sharing was very inspiring and encouraging as they gave me regarding my employment opportunity.

Although My spouse and i am majoring in language study, I really do not aim at working being a translator or perhaps an educator. Instead, I want to operate the threatre-related industry. Consequently , after listening to the discuss, I noticed that it is possible for me to work in the non-language related field, simply that I have to work harder, or have to manage a lot of obstacles and need to help to make adjustment. Besides, another key message I acquired is that frame of mind and being active are definitely the essential tips when participating interviews.

After listening to Vanessa, I digest that displaying a positive frame of mind during the meeting will give a better impression to the employer. Each time a person contains a positive attitude in him/herself and is able to show that she or he is excited in getting the work, the person being more active and out spoken in responding to the interviewer and is also able to manage challenging concerns better. Thus, it gives more confidence towards the employer which the candidate fits the job which usually thus, bringing about the achievement in resume.

Therefore , in general, I have also learnt in the session by CAIO that having a confident attitude and being blunt and energetic in job interviews raise the chances of working.
