Stress Workshop spearheaded by the Third Year Mindset Majors and the adviser Prof. Aminoding W. Limpao was successfully been carried out previous March 03, 2013. The 4-hours activity from 8am-12noon were wanted to students with this problem who take up the subject Psychology as part of each of our Course. The objective of the stated activity focuses on what’s, where’s, when’s and how’s from the main subject which is “STRESS” itself. The workshop is all about the nature and definition of pressure; from in which can we acquire it; the length and when can it occur; and the possible surgery and coping activities that may enable all of us to manage it.
These subtopics were presented to us. Before I went to the venue that day, I had been preoccupied with all the idea about how the activity would venture. Lots of questions were developed inside me as of that moment. We don’t understand exactly what should be expected and what you should look forward to. But there are only few things I am sure of, the learning plus the knowledge that We are able to get after gives interest in me.
