This statement provides for us the conjoining philosophy of Joseph Gobineau and Adolf Hitler. These men securely believed that anything that was wrong with the world generally, and their societies or government authorities in particular could be traced straight to the infusion of various other race types with the Aryan race. In the book, The Inequality of Human Contests, Gobineau aims in the next chapter to show that the deterioration of the blood or contest of a group of people who found a government or contemporary society is the reason why that government or perhaps society can fail.

He does not totally reject the philosophy of his ancestors and forefathers that certain items like lawlessness and irreligion play a role in the fall of the contemporary society, but he teaches the greater concern is the pathological effects that intermingling of race types has on the key societal persons.
