Most of the patients in the novel were Frankenstein’s family, Bill, Henry, Justine and Elizabeth. These people almost all suffered due to the creature’s anger from Frankenstein’s original overlook, which is what begun the hatred inside the creature.

It is not fair to look at the beast as a human being, as he was artificially produced he has no human morals and is never taught the difference between proper and wrong, in the same sense a court would not convict a baby. Although the creature did are able to master man language skills, that only pressed him further more away from culture as it allowed him expressing his alien nature. You observe this in the novel when the creature place his palm into a fire, because the colours and temperature of the fireplace attracted him ” My spouse and i thrust me into the live embers but quickly attracted it out once again with a cry of pain”. The monster was a patient in the way that he was misleading of the world before he “stepped into it”.

Elizabeth can easily be portrayed being a hero in the novel since she displayed a “saintly soul” and a “living spirit of love”. Allowing her straight down however , the moment she attempts to save Justine in a religiously Christian centered way, which was not successful. Although viewed as a leading man she doesn’t contain virtually any power more than other personas, just a very good heart.

There exists controversy above whether Frankenstein could be considered as a hero or not, as a cowardly attribute is undoubtedly not a trait of a the case hero. When the monster asked him to make a companion to get him, he said zero as this would enables the creatures to reproduce and possibly control global human power. However he would have spared his family a lot of problems if he previously just created another becoming who would have possibly demonstrated the love and understanding the creature needed.

Frankenstein later realises this if he says “For the first time, I felt the actual duties of any creator towards his animal were, and this I need to render him happy prior to I complained of his wickedness”. Elizabeth, Frankenstein’s wife, was the hero as she were able to bring up everyone’s spirits by sad instances, and the lady continually believed in Justine’s purity. This particular genre creates a requirement of both heroes and evil doers, as it is usually the case of good trying to overpower evil, or vice-versa.

In conclusion, I believe that there are heroes and villains, as well as victims with this novel. The majority of the characters seem to change from evil doers, heroes and victims through the entire novel, particularly the creature and Frankenstein. Within my belief the creature was performed to be the victim from the starting of the book as he was neglected, misleading and ostracised. I believe Frankenstein could have changed everything in the event he had befriended the beast in the first place.

However Frankenstein was also a great isolated specific, although his isolation by society was brought on him self. The book shows the self-love of people in society by simply showing the particular monster was required to endure due to his appearance, as well as the ethical irresponsibility of Frankenstein as a scientist. Frankenstein was often the bad guy deep straight down as he attempted to play The almighty, which I don’t think should be attempted by simply any person.

He was obsessed with the fact that he could create life, but never once to regarded as if it was the right thing to do. I do think Shelley is basing the entire novel in, not what Frankenstein in fact did, but you may be wondering what he does not do.  The way the creature is definitely portrayed in 3rd person narrative permits us to see the beast as a hero, villain and a sufferer. I believe the fact that creature looked at Frankenstein as a father figure and was psychologically tortured when ever his very own creator neglected him.

He had nothing to live for, besides revenge.
