With regards to this paper, I was a leader of any team that is certainly working together to complete a project of value. Unfortunately, but is not surprisingly, there exists a conflict among members of my group. The conflict is rising, which is difficult, as the deadline for the task is approaching and once again, the job holds value for us as well as the company that we function. The nature of the conflict among the list of group users has to do with the high amount of task interdependence for this particular project. A thing that is an unfortunate, regular happening in group projects is that some of the group members feel overworked and they have become accountable for the majority of the work on the job. This is another aspect of the team conflict I must address while leader with this group. Besides myself, the team members happen to be women based in American and a man based in Brazil. I am in a demanding position, while team innovator, I have been a person that the team members have venting to, expressing anger and negativity on the others. These kinds of conflicts include delayed the project’s finalization. Over the course of the paper, I will address this team turmoil situation in attempts to resolve these issues and be sure productivity.

There are a variety of factors that we should consider the moment strategizing to solve the problems within my team. Generally there distinct ethnicities and social differences which should be taken into account. America is in North America and Brazil is in South usa.
