Robert Ice

Robert Ice, an Americian poet from the late 19th century, used nature in several of his writings. This kind of paper will discuss the idea process of Ice during his writings, the countless tools which will he applied, and provide two examples of his works.

Robert Ice was born in San Franciso on Mar 26, 1874, but later moved to Lawrence, Massachuschusetts (after his dad died) where he did almost all of his writing. He was a straightforward man who taught, worked well in a generator, was a media reporter, was a New England player, and published. Throughout his life he had always been considering literature. This individual attended Dartmouth College, yet remained lower than one semester. In 1894 he sold his 1st work My Butterfly: An Elegy into a New York record. A year later this individual married Elinor White. Coming from 1897 to 1899 this individual attended Harvard College being a special scholar but kept before this individual acquired his degree. For the next ten years he wrote poems, operated a farm in Derry, New Hampshire, and taught in Derrys Pinkerton Academy.

This poem once again uses the format by which Frost works on the common target such as a youngster swinging from a birch tree to represent a much more significant theme. In the first 4 sections of the poem Frost seems to be generally concerned with cruelness of earth and the limitless possibilities of a creative imagination. In the last few lines he reasons that the planet, in a way, requirements its flaws and that why is our creativeness so distinct and amazing. If we were to live in an ideal world we wouldnt possess anything to dream of and, for that reason would not want an creativity.

Frost was a simple gentleman who business lead a simple lifestyle yet he could be regarded as the very best Americian poet of the 20th century and perhaps ever.
