Management is a challenging work. It requires selected skills to achieve such challenging. Thus, essential skills which in turn every director needs for doing a better management these are known as as Bureaucratic Skills. In respect to Teacher Daniel Katz, there are 3 managerial expertise, viz.

It can help him to resolve the problems to get the benefit of the whole organisation. It assists the manager to fix desired goals for the whole enterprise and to policy for every condition. According to Prof. Daniel Katz, conceptual skills are mostly required by the top-level management because they spend more time in planning, getting and problem solver.

2 . Human Relations Expertise

Human relations skills are called Sociable skills. It is an ability to work with people. It assists the managers to understand, connect and assist others. It also helps the managers to acquire, motivate and develop staff spirit. Man relations abilities are required by simply all managers at all amounts of management. This can be so , as all managers have to socialize and work with people.
