It is certainly a situation of brain that is really worth developing and strengthening. Based on the facts stated above, the researchers opted to investigate living attitudes of government employees at City Council Davao Town. Statement in the Problem This study aimed to investigate the general Life Behaviour of the federal government employees for City Authorities in Davao City; specifically it wanted answers the next: 1 . What is the account of the participants in terms of: 1 . Gender; and 2 . Era?

2 . What is the life frame of mind of the participants? Is there a factor in the life attitude from the respondents when grouped in accordance to age group and male or female? Hypothesis Ho: There is no factor in the existence attitude with the respondents if they are grouped according to era and gender. Methodolgy This study used a descriptive-comparative design. Study questionnaires had been used while instruments intended for data collection.

The respondents of this research were the employees of the City Council picked using the basic random technique. The study was conducted through the entire City Council’s operating hours from Mondays through Fridays starting previous January 18 to January 20, 2012 around 1-3 pm. The randomly sampled respondents were asked by the researchers to get consent and approval to resolve the set of questions until the preferred number of participants which was 35 has been reached. The data were analyzed applying appropriate statistical tools.

The mean was used to determine the employees’ life frame of mind. The regularity and percent distribution had been utilized in deciding the employees’ profile in term of gender and age.
