Responsibilities of the Position

The Senior Job Manager, Cloud and SaaS Services will be responsible for the following activities about our business current and future impair and Software services deployments:

Excellent skills at handling the daily operational and tactical areas of multiple large scale projects which includes orchestration across multiple time zones.

Ability to control a diverse number of client engagements on a global level by giving leadership around five digital teams located in various geographic locations. It will deal with up to 20 project managers globally.

In charge of high-level evaluations of all gifts from first project plans and estimates through task plans and delivery activities. Manages to the constraint of your team of 20 project managers and coordinates with the Vice President, Specialist Services to deal with and improve complex tasks for customers on an regular basis.

Keeps monthly, quarterly and annually implementation and satisfaction reviews relative to the company’s methodology and best practices to ensure talking to arrangements create the highest income potential, delivering the greatest amounts of customer satisfaction.

Actively monitors and proactively plans to reduce risk through contingency organizing and provides a resource for the 20 project managers within their organization. Delivers expertise and coaching

Strong monetary reporting and analysis abilities and the capability to report Attained Value Management (EVM) through the entire range of tasks underway and planned for eighteen several weeks.

Necessary Understanding, Skills, and Abilities

Deep expertise in all aspects of cloud computing, Software, integration technology, Application programmer Interfaces (API), and advanced programming terminology capabilities.

System architecture competence with APPLE, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP platforms which include integration of their cloud services and Web Services.

Profound expertise with Salesforce. com applications, APIs and usage of their systems architecture to create customized cloud applications.

Flexibility development competence on tablets, smartphones and intelligent devices across the spectrum of hardware manufacturers.

Project management knowledge in coordination and project-based programs with Salesforce, IBM
