In my current organization of higher education, there is a clear section between government and workers that do not serve in administrative tasks. Those that serve in the operations are often in the Caucasian descent. Meanwhile, all those employees that do not serve in management roles may be African-American or Asian descent. This divide can be something that the organization is working to combat this kind of stereotype and possess begun producing hiring decisions that echo their efforts.

I recently switched careers via a corporate business office of a well-known fast food restaurant. This fast food organization passes the name of Waffle House. From a corporate level, there is a big mix of selection. All ethnicities age groups and educational backgrounds will be presented and a working push in the majority of decisions produced.
