I am Larissa R. Corridor and I was developed to Steve L. and Wilma R. Hall about February 17th in Utica, NY. While participating in the Girard Academic Music Program, at first for vocal singing, I discovered to play the trombone and was as well taught music theory, how you can read and write music, which simply increased my love for music all the more. Upon graduating high school I actually attended Asian University wherever I researched music education and house of worship music.

I have always had a wonderful connection with children and during my own early adolescent years I actually obtained my personal first work which was babysitting for some good friends of the family. I liked being with children so much that my 1st “real-world paying out job just visited a summer camp. I was used as the instrumental music teacher and taught newbie piano, trumpet, flute, clarinet and saxophone lessons. I have already been at the Jenkintown Day Nursery for a couple of years now and although at times challenging, it has indeed been a satisfying opportunity. During this time, I had a great urge to have a better knowledge of how to properly care for youngsters and to even more my education in Early Childhood Education. I think and prayed long and hard concerning this and the door was opened up for me to fulfill this desire. Now, I am currently taking classes to get my CDA and words and phrases can’t communicate the exhilaration I feel in being able to match this.

Upon completion of my personal CDA, We plan on receiving my documentation to teach music to kindergarten aged kids. Even though We am already working in the field and teaching music too, I actually desire to have the certification to achieve this. Just understanding that I are fulfilling those things I was intended to do is an exciting feeling and to understand that I can perform both, daycare and instruct music, makes this opportunity more rewarding.
