To these people, college is a wonderful experience to master the things needed to go into their particular field of work or even just to help their own know-how. Baby boomers understand the value of a good education and what can bring for his or her careers (Sanders 31). They can be simply joining their work ethics from hard labor jobs, to learning just as hard in the class room.
