The 20th Century proved to be a critical and revolutionary 100 years for america. Though the 100 years began quietly, America’s recognized actions and internal/external causes dramatically transformed the world and America’s place in it. Commencing while using first two pivotal many years of the twentieth Century, America emerged being a world cop, notably through the Roosevelt Corollary and U. S. engagement in World Warfare I. Later, the Combined States’ position continued to expand around the world in war and tranquility until America became the “restless giant” of the later 20th and early 21st Century.
