Harry was next prove list, and the top managers seem to acknowledge that he’s a good director, and this individual has managed to motivate staff and increasing performance amounts. Harry has a good marriage with his employees, which displays his persona. It is very clear that Harrys personality trait is agreeableness (Daft, 2013, p. 466).

The top managers feel that Harry is not fully qualified because he will not have the expertise to manage employees. He might be considered a popular director, but those are not the skill sets for a top manager. Harry needs to have to be able to say ‘No’ to his employees and taka a difficult stance in some situations. Harry is not really seen as a supervisor, but rather such as a co-worker who may be always ready to assist and take on obligations.

Having a very good relationship along with his employees allowed Harry to motivate these people and affect them to execute better. Harry’s personality trait is a barrier to his promotion to top administration. This is because at that level there is absolutely no room pertaining to softness. You will discover tough jobs and decisions that he will have to make, which might not really be likely because of his personality characteristic.
